Our Services

Personal Care

Our care team provides personal care for each of our clients. This includes anything from prompting and encouragement regarding personal hygiene to hands on help, personal washing, dressing and ensuring an individual is well presented.

We can make sure a gentleman is clean shaven, and women can enjoy help with makeup and personal grooming. Personal care also includes help with medication, continence care, eating and drinking, getting up in the morning and going to bed.

Personal care is defined by CQC as: the regulated activity of personal care consisting of the provision of personal care for people who are unable to provide it for themselves because of old age, illness or disability, and which is provided to them in the place where those people are living at the time when the care is provided.

Therefore, we are registered with CQC to provide personal care.

Companionship

Our carers offer companionship, whether it is spending time in a person’s home, doing daily tasks or offering company and friendly conversation as they work. We’ll even sit and enjoy a cup of tea with you in your home or out and about.
Companionship
Shopping
Our staff are happy to accompany you and offer a friendly arm if it is needed on shopping trips, or we can simply shop for you. Transport for this can be provided at an agreed cost.
Post Support After a Stay in Hospital
Post Support After a Stay in Hospital
Some people may require further time to recuperate and need practical help and support in the short or long term. If the hospital requests a care package for post hospital discharge, we can offer a little extra support or continue with your care after this has stopped.
Domestic Assistance
Domestic Assistance (Housework & Meal Preparation)
Our staff are happy to work alongside a service user or complete tasks for them. They are proficient in all domestic tasks. This includes general housework, personal laundry, cooking, meal preparation and anything required for a service user to live independently.
Pet Care
Pet Care
Pets provide companionship and interest for many of our service users. Our carers are happy to assist in feeding and looking after our service users’ pets. We will even provide short walks for well- behaved dogs. We understand that pets become members of the family and are an integral part of many of our service users’ lives. Helping out with pets becomes an important part of having you live comfortably in your own home.
Overnight Care
We are able to provide waking overnight care for our more vulnerable service users.
Palliative Care
We are experienced working with individuals who have decided to remain at home for the final part of their lives. We work closely with district nurses, local hospices and the service users’ families to ensure that they are comfortable and feel supported as their lives near an end. Our carers are compassionate and ensure that dignity is maintained.
Palliative Care
Pre-Registration
A person can be registered for our service before they need it. This means that we can provide a care package without further delay when it is needed.
